The method

With this recording, Claude Desarzens introduces you to his original method, with a musical accompaniment which has been specially composed so as to help bring about modified states of consciousness. This personal and transpersonal experience promotes deep relaxation and harmonizes the chakras. It helps us to find our roots, free our psycho-emotional knots and receive appropriate help for personal transformation and healing. The method can also be helpful in developing intuition, creativity, trust and contact with our inner being.

The regular use of this method will lead to a progressive and different work each time it is listened to. On the CD La Méthode, Claude Desarzens' complete method is taught in detail. Later on, only brief suggestions are given so as to encourage you to become more independent. A music-only version is available on CD Vol 1, Odyssée.
