Does there exist another reality, apart from what we perceive with our five senses? Another reality inhabited by spiritual guides, invisible therapists whose mission it is to heal us and guide us? Claude Desarzens and Jenny Humbert wish to help us discover who these beings of light are and what we can expect from them. To live this experience they have created an original method, whose simplicity resides in the application of ancient teachings and wisdom associated with the humanist psychology of our time. Thanks to this work of modified states of consciousness, composed of memory regressions (childhood, the birth, the foetal life and past lives), of the cleansing of the chakras and moving encounters with our doubles of light, we receive precious insights to our existential questions and obtain surprising physical and psychic healing. It also brings a vivifying breath of peace, hope and knowledge.

PREFACE
This book follows three objectives;
  1. To present an original therapy, active in physical and psychic health, to balance the different energies and to bring awareness.

  2. To communicate this experience with the collaboration of spiritual guides, masters evolving in more subtle spheres who synchronize themselves to our vibrational level to give us healing and knowledge.

  3. In the background, to convey the conceptual frame that lies behind this method, and, for example, the idea that personal development and a spiritual path are not opposed but are indeed complementary.

CHAPTER I :  ITINERARIES

(...) Evokes the path followed by the authors and gives a quick insight on both of them and describes the events and experiences which brought them to become conscious of the spiritual dimension. Jenny Humbert is a Psychologist and a Psychotherapist. During Conferences and Seminaries she collaborates with Claude Desarzens and sees to the redactional side. Trained as a Naturopath, Claude Desarzens has worked for 25 years on memory regressions. During his exploration of modified states of consciousness, he realized one day that he was surrounded by spiritual guides from another vibrational plane, and that they were giving efficient energetic healing and knowledge to his patients. To enable his patients to benefit more completely from these energies, he has developed a method using wisdom from ancient Sages.

CHAPTER II :  SPIRITUAL GUIDES, SYMBOLS OR REALITY?

(...) The authors revue different theories as to the nature of Spiritual Guides (imagination, projections, internal healing energies doubles of light, spirits of the deceased, Initiates, Masters or Sages. evolving on different, more subtle vibrational planes etc. They retain those that seem the more probable, taking into account the numerous experiences of Claude Desarzens during his work with his patients. Finally they understand what distinguishes Spiritual guides from angels and describe the different categories of guides and their respective roles with people.

CHAPTER III :   CONSULTATION AND METHOD

(...) The method used to benefit from the healing and teachings of the spiritual guides, these awakening and healing energies, lies on a particular attitude consistent with the principle of non duality, of the use of certain types of music and the accompaniment of Claude Desarzens. One of the originalities of this approach resides in the fact that neither the patient nor the practitioner purposely direct the treatment, this evolves according to a treatment plan which seems to be created by the higher levels of the subconscience or by the spiritual guides themselves. This allows access to a deep relaxation, the release of psycho-emotional knots, the finding of our roots, the memory regressions, the passage to other vibrational planes, and the meeting with guides and spiritual teachers. This helps to unblock and balance the chakras, to repair the subtle bodies, energy healing both physical and psychological and the opening of deeper levels of consciousness.

CHAPTER IV :   THE CHAKRAS

(...) After covering the chakra system and its place in our energetic function, the authors show how the healing guides approach our vibrational plane and treat the person through these centres ( unblocking, repairing, balancing and harmonising, cleansing and recharging them with energy). Two case histories show how these treatments are applied.

CHAPTER V :   MEMORY REGRESSIONS

(...) An important aspect of this work is composed of memory regressions into childhood, birth, foetal life, the descent into incarnation and past lives. The authors analyse the principles and the purpose, they explain the role played by the guides during this therapy and illuminate the personal and transpersonal development made by the patients through different types of regression (see index); These are accompanied by numerous examples.

CHAPTER VI :   ASTRAL VOYAGES, THE ASTRAL PLANE AND SPIRITUAL GUIDES

(...) A description of the phenomena of astral voyages and of the passage to another energetic plane and also a portrayal of the Astral World are found here. During modified states of consciousness, patients go vibrationally to meet guides of a higher level, who give them specific healing and teachings of personalized wisdom and transmit knowledge (for example, an interesting conception of different forms of evolution or a description of the transference of spirits of the ancient Tibetans). On this plane of consciousness, a patient can meet a deceased family member. An example is shown in the moving and informative description, given in a session where a mother met her son who was recently deceased at the age of four.

CHAPTER VII :   PHYSICAL MANIPULATION

(...) A different aspect of healing offered to us by the guides is composed of physical manipulation comparable to chiropractic and osteopathic treatment. The patients who benefit from this literally feel movements in different parts of their body generated by invisible hands. This type of healing seems to be a perfect complement to the energetic healing and to the memory regressions.

CHAPTER VIII : THE QUESTION OF OMPREGNATION AND POSSESSION

(...) In a few rare cases, patients confront problems of impregnation and what could be called possession. The authors describe the course of events of this sometimes spectacular work and put forward some explicative suggestions, taking into account the psychological and the esoterical views.

CHAPTER IX : THE ECSTATIC EXPERIENCES

(...) By means of the passageway to higher vibrational levels, the patient can experience very extraordinary states of unity and harmony with his profound essence, with the World and the All. Beyond the feelings of beatitude, completeness and ecstasy that this experience brings, it strongly contributes to awareness, open-mindedness and to faith in Life.

CHAPTER X : THE RESULTS

(...) This therapy is favourable to personal and spiritual development. It has an impact on the physical, the psycho-emotional and the energetic levels and also on the awakening of consciousness. Some patients also develop extra-sensorial perceptions.
